Terms of Service

Who these terms are with

These terms cover the services provided by GOTR Media LLC, doing business as Luma Website Design, of 1309 Coffeen Ave Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801.

The service

The monthly package includes your website and hosting, lead follow-up, an AI chat assistant, missed-call text-back, Google Business Profile management, review requests, customer campaigns, and ongoing local SEO work.

Price and billing

The price is $297 per month unless we agree something different in writing. Billing is monthly, in advance, and starts once you approve the work.

Month to month

There is no long contract. Cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing winston@lumawebsitedesign.com. The website we host and the systems connected to it stop when the monthly service ends.

This is a managed service

While your plan is active we host and manage the website and the connected systems. It is a managed service and not a one time website purchase.

SEO and results

We complete the SEO work described in your plan. No company can promise a specific Google ranking, a search position, or a number of leads, and we do not.

Text messaging

Our text message program is run by GOTR Media LLC, doing business as Luma Website Design. The sign-up form at lumawebsitedesign.com/sms-opt-in/ offers two separate consents on their own unticked checkboxes: service messages (appointment and call reminders, replies to your questions, and updates on your website build) and marketing messages (occasional offers and promotions). Neither is required, marketing consent is never bundled with service consent, and consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You may also opt in through the chat widget on this website. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use any content, images, and logos you give us, and that the business information you provide is accurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages, or to break the rules of any carrier or platform we connect to on your behalf.

Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. So far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
